How to use

Wet your hair thoroughly with warm water. Take a small amount of the shampoo in your palm (about a quarter-sized amount for short hair, more for longer hair). Rub the shampoo between your palms to create lather. Apply the lathered shampoo to your scalp and hair.

Massage your scalp gently with your fingertips for about a minute to cleanse it and stimulate blood flow. Rinse your hair thoroughly with warm water until all the shampoo is washed out. Repeat the process if necessary, especially if your hair is very dirty or if you have a lot of product buildup.

Follow up with a conditioner or other hair treatment as needed.
